Upon arriving at the Fairfield Inn and Suites, I found the rooms to be old and not very functional, overlooking the harbor. The service was top-notch with very professional and friendly staff who even accommodated our special dietary needs. The location was convenient despite not looking ideal at first, offering a glimpse of fishing vessels and proximity to downtown New Bedford attractions. The dining experience was more generous than expected for the price point, and the homemade pies and jams were a lovely touch.
